1. Payment

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS

 

2. Delivery

A Standard flat rate fee of $9.95 for all orders Australia Wide

Delivery of orders will be within 10 working days from when order is placed.

When the order is collected by australia post, we will receive a tracking number, which we will forward to you either by sms or email.This will enable you to track the delivery of your parcel from our store to your place. If you are not home at time of delivery your parcel will be available at your nearest post office.

 

3. Click and Collect

Pick-up from our Randwick, NSW store is free. We will contact you either by email or phone for collection. Please bring a copy of tax invoice for verification.

 

4. Online Refund,Returns & Exchange Policy

To refund or exchange a change of mind purchase made online, you may return your goods within 14 days of receiving your online order. Goods are to be returned in their original condition and include all original packaging.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

No exchange or refund on quilts, underlays protectors, toppers and pillows due to health and hygiene reasons.

Before returning your parcel please call our store on 02 93985631 to receive an authorisation number.

Alternatively you can return your product in store.

At Melicks House Linens we pride ourselves on selling excellent quality, however if you find a fault with a product you purchased, please call us on 02 93985631. You will receive a full refund or credit as soon as your product has been received.
